The memorial pools are NOT the footprint of the towers. The towers were much much bigger. I just found that out and was a person who wanted to see the twins rebuilt but in no way wanted to be disrespectful to the people that were killed that awful day. 😞🇺🇸🙏

i loved it and i thought it was beautiful but have been wondering where do they put light show after it ends for the season where do they store it when its not in use or do they throw it alot of work went into it i hate to see it destroyed its very beautiful piece of art

Love watching them. Did you ever see them sunning themselves? Their feathers aren't particularly waterproof, which helps them dive. I've seen them drying out, wings spread out, looking like a pose from the Karate Kid, LOL!

Very cool! We clouded up about a half hour before peak here in parts of Central and South Jersey. For me, bad enough to completely obscure the eclipse. Sun came back out about an hour after peak. 🙁 🤷‍♀️. Cut up a perfectly good Cheerios Box too, LOL.
